SAMPLE PACK & AUDIO LICENSE AGREEMENT
 

Please read the terms and conditions described below before using the contents of TLM audio samples, midi files or daw templates. By use of our audio production products (no matter if it is in physical or digital format), you automatically agree to adhere to all terms and conditions attached to it.
 

Ownership of the entire material (especially but not only limited to the included audio files) and inherent copyright remains with the licensor “TLM Audio GmbH“, from this point on referred to as "TLM". The licensor does not sell this product to the licensee, but grants a global, non-transferable and non-exclusive single-user license for both commercial and non-commercial use.

TLM will not be held responsible in any manner for any mechanical copyright disputes, music publishing disputes, performer disputes or Youtube, SoundCloud and other digital or web based ID conflicts that may arise from more than one user creating new musical works containing the same samples, soundbanks/presets, MIDI-patches or other data supplied in our products.

CONDITIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT

The contents of our products may be used in the licensee's audio productions, such as music records (individual tracks and albums), remixes, advertisements, film scores, jingles, computer games and other multimedia products, even when the included sounds taken off this product are used in modified form.
 

It is not allowed to use the content of our products for the creation of sample-packs, sample- discs, music libraries or any other type of sampling product, including but not only limited to VST-plugins (ROMplers etc.) or other hardware- or software-based applications competing with our products.

Unauthorized copying, hiring and lending of our products and there content is strictly prohibited. You may not upload our products in full or in parts to message-boards, file-hosting sites, file-sharing networks or servers to be accessed by multiple users. It is not allowed to resell this product without the prior written permission of
